Life Imitating Art

Last night my cats caught a bat. I rescued it and it flew out a window. It had a little hole in one wing, but it seemed to be flying well. This is a perfect example of life imitating art. See my display window at Books of Wonder which features cats trying to catch bats.8

The person chosen to receive my old car for $1 (2005 Black Cherry Scion) is Claudia DeHaven Ciampi-Biddle. Claudia has been struggling with illness for years. Her partner Fred has cancer. Claudia helps people control pain through yoga. A great lover of animals, Claudia feeds squirrels and brings her amazing cat Lulu around to hospitals to cheer up sick patients.
